In developing your financial plan it will be necessary to collect personal and financial information. The accuracy of that information is important and a vital part of providing recommendations that are appropriate for your individual circumstances.
Any information I collect about you, personal or financial, will be held in the strictest of confidence and will not be disclosed to any third party without your prior consent, unless required by law.
It is further acknowledged that due to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you authorize me to collect personal and financial information about you and to maintain that information in my files. You further consent to the use of that information to develop and inform you of financial planning strategies and/or products that in my opinion I feel may be of interest to you. You also acknowledge that in order to best service you I may share your personal and financial information with organizations and personnel affiliated with me.
